Coaching Philosophy and Directors

At Muskego Soccer Club, it is our desire to see that every child participating in our program is coached in a way that:

• develops their technical and tactical soccer skills,
• teaches them the values of sportsmanship, teamwork and respect,
• provides them with a positive learning environment so that they may foster a love for the game.

To accomplish these goals, we are committed to ensuring that our coaches are qualified to give your child the best soccer experience possible.

• All of our coaches are required to register with the WI Youth Soccer KidSafe program (background check) and must maintain this status in order to coach within our club.
• Our club currently has 31 teams staffed as follows: 3 Coaches with advanced USSF licensing, 7 Y1 licensed coaches with additional advnaced technical and best practices training, and 27 coaches with the standard Y1 Youth Soccer Coaching Licnese .
• We offer comprehensive, year round continuing education for our coaching staff both internally and through the Milwaukee Kickers Soccer Club.
